Redfall, the highly anticipated open-world first-person shooter game developed by Arkane Studios, is set to offer players a unique gaming experience with its memorable characters.

Jacob Boyer

Jacob is an ex-military sharpshooter turned private contractor. He specializes in stealth and long-range combat. 

He possesses unique skills, including the ability to command a ghostly raven to scout for enemies and a cloak that renders him temporarily invisible. His ultimate ability unleashes a powerful, spectral sniper rifle that can take out targets from a distance. 

With these formidable abilities at his disposal, Jacob is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.


Remedios “Remi” De La Rosa

Meet Remedios “Remi” De La Rosa, a highly skilled combat engineer known for her exceptional abilities on the battlefield. 

Remi is accompanied by her trusty robot companion, Ribon, whom she can send out to either attack or distract enemies. Additionally, she possesses a lethal C4 attack that can be thrown and detonated to devastating effect. 

Her ultimate ability creates a healing zone, making her an invaluable asset when you play in co-op mode. In addition, you’ll never feel alone fighting with Remi’s advanced technological expertise and support abilities.


Layla Ellison

Layla, a bio-medical engineering student, courageously volunteered for a medical trial that went awry, resulting in the emergence of powerful telekinetic abilities.

Her exceptional powers include the ability to levitate herself using a psychic elevator, granting her access to hard-to-reach areas such as rooftops. Furthermore, Layla can manifest a psychic umbrella that acts as an impenetrable shield against enemy bullets, which can then be redirected back at them. 

Finally, her ultimate ability calls forth her vampire ex-boyfriend, who fights alongside her as an ally. Layla’s incredible talents and resourceful nature make her a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.


Devinder “Dev” Crousley

  • Arc Javelin

Devinder is a brilliant cryptozoologist and inventive genius who brings a wide range of gadgets to the fight. 

One of his signature tools is the electric javelin, which can discharge and stun enemies in the surrounding area. In addition, he possesses a teleportation device that can be thrown to reach otherwise inaccessible areas, including rooftops. 

Devinder’s ultimate ability unleashes a devastating UV light attack that instantly immobilizes any nearby vampires. With his exceptional ingenuity and cutting-edge technology, Devinder is a formidable combatant who can keep vampires at bay.


Redfall release date

Arkane Studios’ highly-anticipated open-world first-person shooter will be available on May 2, 2023, with availability on both Xbox Series X | S and PC.

Additionally, gamers subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass will be able to dive into the action-packed experience as soon as the title is released.
