A doctor named Gorou Amamiya finds himself reborn as Aqua Hoshino, the son of his favorite idol, Ai, after a tragic accident.

Reborn with his past life memories intact, Aqua vows to protect his new mother’s legacy. He’s not alone, as his twin sister Ruby also carries a mysterious connection to Ai’s past.
