Despite their great synergy and relentless pressure, Hibino and Ashiro could not push back Kaiju no 10. Hibino, despite his extensive training and growth as a combatant, realized he still lacked the skills to defeat Kaiju no 10.
However, Hibino has one last trick up his sleeve—a final option he’s kept secret, even from his closest comrades in the Defense Force.
With humanity’s future on the line, Hibino allows the parasitic Kaiju within him to take control of his body. Fully unleashing the Kaiju that gave him his monster powers, Hibino hopes this will be enough to stop Kaiju no 10.
