Faith Keeper is a new precision-frame Void Rocket Launcher in Destiny 2. It’s a Vex-themed weapon introduced in Episode: Echoes

Precision-frame Rocket Launchers have always been great for clearing ads and taking down bosses, and Faith Keeper is a solid, if not a standout, new addition with some decent perk combinations.

If you’re interested in getting or crafting a Faith Keeper god roll in Destiny 2, you have come to the right place. In this ONE Esports guide, we explain our Faith Keeper god roll in Destiny 2.

Faith-Keeper can be sufficiently efficient and powerful PvE with the following perk combinations.

PERK TYPEPERK DESCRIPTION
BarrelVolatile Launch: +15 Blast Radius, Handling -5, Velocity -5
MagazineAlloy Casing: +30 Reload Speed, -10 Stability
Trait 1Auto-Loading Holster: The holstered weapon is automatically reloaded after a short period of time.
Trait 2Explosive Light: Picking up an Orb of Power increases the next projectile’s blast radius and damage.
MasterworkStability
Origin TraitRadiolaria Transposer: Rapid final blows cause targets to explode into a pool of radiolarian fluid.

The Faith Keeper has a surprisingly low blast radius. It’s the attribute that needs improving over everything else, especially if you want to deal explosive AOE damage, and so  Volatile Launch is the best option, thanks to its tremendous boost to Blast Radius.

Aside from blast radius, Faith Keeper also has poor reload speed, which is why we recommend going with Alloy Casing for the magazine, as it can significantly improve the time it takes to reload this weapon.

We recommend Auto-Loading holster for the third-column perk as with this you can just switch and shoot without worrying about reloading the weapon.

For the fourth column perk, Explosive Light is the best option since it can further increase Faith Keeper’s blast radius as well as its damage every time you pick up an orb of power.

Lastly, for Masterwork, stability is always a good choice for Rocket Launchers, but you can also go for velocity or reload.

Faith Keeper isn’t the best Rocket Launcher for Crucible, but it can still get the job done if you have a roll with the following perk combinations.

PERK TYPEPERK DESCRIPTION
BarrelSmart Drift Control: +10 Stability, +15 Recoil, +10 Handling, +5 Velocity
MagazineHigh Velocity Rounds: +10 Velocity, +10 Reload Speed
Trait 1Auto-Loading Holster: The holstered weapon is automatically reloaded after a short period of time.
Trait 2Demolitionist: Kills with this weapon generate grenade energy. Activating your grenade ability reloads this weapon from reserves.
MasterworkStability
Origin TraitRadiolaria Transposer: Rapid final blows cause targets to explode into a pool of radiolarian fluid.

For Barrel, we replace Volatile Control with Smart Drift Control since it can improve all necessary attributes for PvP.

As for the Magazine, we recommend High Velocity Rounds for increased velocity and reload speed.

Auto-Loading Holster is still the best option for the third-column perk, as you would, more than ever, like to just swap and shoot this weapon in the nick of time.

For the fourth-column perk, we recommend Demolitionist since it refills your grenade energy and is something you would need ready at all times in Crucible.

Lastly, for Masterwork, we once again recommend stability, though you could also go with velocity or reload speed.

That sums up our Faith Keeper god roll in Destiny 2.
