How to get Bloodfiend’s Arm weapon in Elden Ring DLC

In Elden Ring, you can get the Bloodfiend’s Arm weapon by defeating a specific Bloodfiend-type enemy found at the top of the delipidated Prospect Town.

The drop is guaranteed and thus doesn’t involve RNG at all.

To get started, teleport to the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace. From there, use Torrent to climb up the broken structures to reach the top of Prospect Town.

There, you will find a pack of Bloodfiends. Defeat them all, and you will get the new weapon.

That being said, if you don’t know how to reach Prospect Town or the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace, don’t worry. From the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace, follow the path on the left to reach the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace.

Turn around and follow the path on the right side, and you will eventually reach the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace and, from there, the Prospect Town.

Now, to fully utilize the weapon, make sure to add a Blood attribute Ash of War on it, as doing so and levelling up the weapon gives a Bleed build-up of 217, currently the highest Bleed build-up in the game.

To wield the new bleed weapon in Elden Ring, you must have the following stats:

  • Strength: 28
  • Dexterity: 11
  • Arcane: 16

That being said, the weapon significantly scales with Arcane and Strength. The Bleed damage scales with Arcane and the physical damage inflicted by the Bloodfiend’s Arm scales with Strength scaling.
