The Milady light greatsword can be found at Castle Ensis, northeast of the Gravesite Plain Site of Grace (the first grace you find in the DLC).
It is east of Belurat, Tower Settlement and can be reached through the Ellac Greatbridge.
When you go past the Giant Knight at the front of Castle Ensis, you should see a big building with a tower at the far right. There is a staircase to go there. A few enemies will be coming down so quickly take them out.
After that, you can get up the ladder and see a chest in the middle. The Milady light greatsword is in it.

The Milady light greatsword requires 12 Strength and 17 Dexterity to use. At base level, it causes 116 Physical Damage with good damage negation. It’s one of the quickest weapons you can find in the game and it does some pretty neat heavy attacks.
To maximize its potential consider using the Wing Stance Ash of War for some great combos. Using it two-handed is beneficial because its heavy attacks are very swift and you can block properly as well.
