The arrival of the XDefiant Season 1 update marks the addition of a new assault rifle known as LVOA-C.

The weapon can be obtained via one of the free tiers in Season 1 Battle Pass and once you unlock it, you’ll need to pair it with the right attachments to create the best XDefiant LVOA-C loadout.

However, with so many attachments to choose from, finding out the best ones is quite tricky. If you’re also amongst them, here’s a detailed rundown of the best LVOA-C class setup for XDefiant.

Here’s our recommendation for the best LVOA-C loadout and attachments you can use in XDefiant:

  • Front Rail: Vertical Grip
  • Rear Grip: Heavy Grip
  • Magazine: Extended Mag
  • Optics: Reflex Sight
  • Stock: Padded

This brand-new assault rifle is designed to fill a role that balances the extremes offered by other rifles. For starters, it’s a snazzy customized rifle similar to the M4A1 that has a much faster rate of fire than the M4A1, but with that comes more recoil and less range. It also has slightly longer reload and equip times.

Since LVOA-C has a lot of recoil off the bat, we highly suggest equipping Vertical Grip at the Front Rail slot as it brings down the vertical recoil of the weapon at the cost of a 10% rate of fire.

When combined with the Heavy Grip, aiming down sights and shooting becomes exceptionally smooth. Furthermore, when under fire, you’ll benefit from almost no flinch deviation and improved horizontal recoil control.

The standard magazine size of this weapon is insufficient to deal with multiple opponents. So make sure to attach an extended mag to avoid running out of bullets during intense situations.

Finally, we suggest avoiding the iron sights as this weapon has a lot of visual recoil. Instead, equip a Reflex to gain a clear line of sight.
