In Shadow of the Erdtree, there are five map fragments that you can collect to unlock the entire DLC map. These are:
- Gravesite Plain
- Scadu Altus
- Southern Shores
- Rauh Ruins
- Abyssal Woods
Gravesite Plain is the initial area you enter after defeating Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, the Lord of Blood. However, you need to still need to get the map fragment northeast of the map to reveal the whole area.

Lastly, to reach the area where you can find the Abyssal Woods map fragment, you must defeat the Golden Hippopotamus boss and take a coffin hidden behind an illusionary wall that teleports you to the Darklight Catacombs.
You must clear it to reach the Forsaken Graveyard Site of Grace, then follow the southeast path to Abyssal Woods and its map fragment location.
