Throne and Liberty is the upcoming MMORPG by Amazon Games, set in a fantasy world. The game is set for release soon this year and players can get a taste of what’s to come in the upcoming open beta period for the game.

When is the Throne and Liberty open beta start date?

The open beta for Throne and Liberty will be available from July 18 at 10 AM PT/5 PM to until July 23 at 10 AM PT/5 PM UTC, There is no early access period for the open beta so players all over the world will be accessing the open beta at the same time.

After the open beta ends, players will be able to provide feedback on their experience via email surveys. This is to ensure that the developers find and fix any issues with the gameplay and various online features before its official launch on September 17 this year.

Which platforms will the Throne and Liberty open beta be on?

The Throne and Liberty open beta will be available on the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S players. The game won’t be available on old-gen consoles so there won’t be any open beta on those consoles. However, the developers might decide to release it if there is enough demand from the userbase. 

The open beta will be available on the following regions for the mentioned platforms: North America (NA West and NA East), Europe, South America, and Asia Pacific (Japan, New Zealand, and Australia).

When can you preload the Throne and Liberty open beta?

PC and Xbox players will be able preload the Throne and Liberty open beta on July 16 at 10 AM PT.

PlayStation users won’t be able to preload the open beta due to an issue according to the developers, though it isn’t mentioned what that issue is.

Regardless of that, they will be able to download when the open beta goes live on July 18.

What can you do in the Throne and Liberty open beta?

During the Throne and Liberty open beta, players will be able to create their own character, create a guild and fight and explore all across the country of Solisium. 

There will be Dynamic Events every 3 hours during which specific areas of the map will have various PvE, PvP and Guild activities. This includes wolf-hunting contests and Lantern Seed festivals.

Daily Conquests will be available from July 20 at 8 AM PT which will include two battles– Battle for the Boonstone and Battle for the Riftstone. There will also be Arch bosses from July 20 at 7 PM local server time.

Players can also reach endgame level very quickly in the open beta which will let them test out the endgame content.

Will Throne and Liberty open beta progress carry over to full game?

The Throne and Liberty developers have confirmed that the open beta progress will not carry over to the full game.

The open beta is meant for developers to fix any issues with the game for the official launch, based on player feedback.

The open beta will also be lacking some features that will be available in the full game. Players can fully experience Throne and Liberty when it launches on September 17 this year.
