Elden Ring’s latest DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree is filled with several new items, including a brand new Talisman called Blade of Mercy.

The new Talisman is hidden away inside a chest, so it’s not easy to find. But in this guide, we’ll explain where to get Blade of Mercy in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree so you can start enjoying its benefits.

How to find the Blade of Mercy in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

Blade of Mercy can be acquired pretty early in Shadow of the Erdtree, as it is located in the first area of the DLC.

You just need to make your way to Scorched Ruins, which is northeast of where you first spawn in the DLC.

After you arrive at the Scorched Ruins, you need to make your way to the top of the building. Now, what you need to do is go through the archway while facing south and turn right.

Go through the broken section of the building and use the stairs to go up. It can get a little dark inside the building, so we recommend using a lantern for visibility.

Once inside, you need to follow the path and keep making your way up. During this, you will encounter a few enemies, but they won’t be difficult to eliminate.

After you make it to a balcony with a stunning view, turn right and follow the path to make your way to the other side of the building.

Once there, turn left and open the door. Behind this door is the chest with the Blade of Mercy Talisman inside it.

What does the Blade of Mercy Talisman in Elden Ring do?

Blade of Mercy is a Talisman that can help you defeat powerful enemies quickly. This is because it can raise the Attack Power of your attacks by 20% after each critical hit.

However, the effect lasts for only 20 seconds, so you’ll need to make the most of it during this time.
