Valorant finally made its long-awaited debut in China on July 12, marking a significant milestone for the game.

Entering one of the largest gaming markets in the world, the Valorant China server features additional tools and guides that are currently unavailable on other servers.

These features were shared by Reddit user steeeal, who posted all the new features, including weapons, agents, and map guides. There is even an esports section that shows live tournament results.

Valorant China’s user interface is packed with helpful tools and information for players.

Each agent has playable videos that demonstrate how to use their abilities. According to steeeeal, there are even lineup videos which are super useful for players looking to main initiator or controller agents.

A detailed weapon guide also explains how much damage each weapon does at different distances and how much each gun costs. Players outside China would have had to go to the range to figure out that information.

There is also a dedicated tab for Valorant China esports with the schedule of VCT matches, with highlights from the top teams and talents.

Although it would be great if all Valorant clients could provide these features, Riot Games is likely going out their way to accomodate Chinese players because Valorant was unavailable in the country for three years.

Riot Games initially launched Valorant in 2020. After sorting out licensing and permit issues, it is finally ready to launch in China on July 12.
