While exploring the southeast coast of Jinzhou in Wuthering Waves, you may stumble upon an exile settlement that you can’t enter without an access card.
Sadly, the game doesn’t necessarily tell you how to get the access card, which is why we are here.
In this ONE Esports guide, we explain how to get the exile commoner access card in the game, providing you with details on its exact location and the quest required to be completed.
Wuthering Waves exile commoner access card location and related quest
You can get the exile commoner access card by heading southeast from the exile settlement towards the beach. Here, you will find an exile commoner named Zeyuan surrounded by a pack of wolves.
The exact location of this NPC is marked in the screenshot above.
Slay the wolves and interact with Zeyuan. He will give you a quest called “A True Arena Champion.”
Now, head back to the camp’s entrance and talk to Zeyuan again, who will then send you to inquire about the camp’s situation by talking to different people.
Once you have talked to the exile leader and the exile commoner, head back to Zeyuan to get the seaside arena access card. And there you have it!
However, “A True Arena Champion” quest doesn’t end here, and it’s worth pursuing to the end, especially since getting the access card won’t get you any rewards.
To proceed, talk to the receptionist and apply for the seaside arena. You have to complete a bunch of trials and overcome combat challenges to complete the quest, which could take 20 to 30 minutes.
Once you do, head back to the camp and talk to the exile leader to get a premium supply chest, which will get you Union XP, Astrites, and other crafting materials.
