The boss is located in the Desorock Highland region, north of Withering Frontline. To unlock the details of the map, activate the Resonance Nexus in the Rearguard Base, situated at the entrance to the desert region.
To easily reach the boss, fast-travel to the Camp Overwatch Resonance Beacon, and then fly towards the boss using your glider.
The boss will be easy to spot as it is located in the middle of what appears to be Tacet Field.
